Affiliate Referral Form

Program Overview:

Engaged employees create a positive company culture that results in a company being more successful. When a company has a strong culture of engagement, it creates a sense of community among the organisation. Employee morale increases as there is a shared vision among the workforce. Ensuring the culture of a company is aligned with the organisations systems, procedures, strategy and management is crucial. According to research carried out by Gallup in 2017, 67% of employees feel more engaged when the right, cooperative management is in place” (GetBambu.com, 2018) When employees value and respect the culture they work in, it brings employers and employees closer together which contributes to the bottom line of a company.

Commission Structure:

Commission: Affiliates will receive a 2% commission on the gross value of the new business over the first 3 months for every successful referral. This commission will be calculated based on invoiced and paid services by Zevo Health by the referred client.

Qualifying Criteria:

To qualify for a commission, the referred client must meet the following criteria:

  • The referred client must be a new client to Zevo Health.
  • The referred client must complete a specified action (e.g., make a purchase, sign up for our app, etc.] within six months of being referred.

Our referral program is designed to reward affiliates for referring new clients to Zevo Health. All affiliates of Zevo Health are eligible to participate in our referral programme.
