

A group training session takes place on the day, generally in the morning on topics derived from the research phase conducted with the Lodestone team. Each training session provides employees with practical tools, tips and insights to empower them to deal with any challenges presented in work and/or home life.
This is a personalized session led by a health coach that aims to help a client achieve a health goal (i.e. reduce anxiety, stress management, express feelings out loud, physical goals, etc). One-to-one sessions can be one off, or they can be ongoing (if it is the latter case, typically there will be a goal evaluation plan in progress).
One-to-one sessions take place for the remainder of the day.
