Your 2-Week Challenge

Programme Details

Group training session(s) 

 A minimum of one training session takes place on the day, generally, in the morning on topics derived from the research phase conducted with the Reddit Team. 

Each training session provides employees with practical tools, tips, and insights to empower the individual to deal effectively with any challenges presented in work and/or home life. 

Educational notes, worksheets, and factsheets are supplied, and all skills and content are derived from psychological and business research. 

One-to-one sessions

One to One is a personalized session led by a health coach that aims to help a client achieve a health goal (i.e. reduce anxiety, stress management, express feelings out loud, physical goals, etc). These sessions can be multidisciplinary (e.g. Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Counsellor, Nutritionist, Physical Coach, Life Coach, Performance Coach) and you will be placed with a specialist based on the type of goal that you want to achieve. ​1-1 sessions can be one-off, or they can be ongoing (if it is the latter case, typically there will be a series of 1-1’s scheduled, and then goals will be evaluated to see how progress is, and if more time is required).​ One to One sessions take place for the remainder of the day on-site post group.
